Non-compliant entities register

MiCA requires ESMA to publish a register of entities providing crypto-asset services without the required authorisation, based on information from national regulators. It forms part of ESMA's interim MiCA register.

The list is non-exhaustive, and member states report to it in different ways, so an absence from it says little about a firm. National warning lists often hold entries that never reach the ESMA register, which is why VASPnet collects warnings and enforcement notices directly from each regulator.
